ASA Talent zoekt een klantenservice medewerker voor Bol in Utrecht. Je schakel tussen chat, telefoon en e-mail en helpt klanten met hun vragen over bestellingen en producten. Het werk is hybride; je werkt deels vanuit huis en deels op kantoor.
Je ontvangt een betaalde training van 4 weken op kantoor waar je alles leert over klantcontact en systemen. Een goede communicatie en klantgerichtheid zijn essentieel in deze rol.
