ASA Talent in Utrecht zoekt een Klantenservice Medewerker voor Bol. Als aanspreekpunt voor klanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het helpen met bestellingen, productvragen en klachten via telefoon, mail of chat. Je moet minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau hebben en uitstekende Nederlandse vaardigheden bezitten. Het betreft een hybride werkstructuur met flexibele uren. Training van 4 weken wordt geboden, waarvan de eerste 2 weken op kantoor in Utrecht zijn.
