Conclusion Services B.V. zoekt een nieuwe medewerker voor het Customer Care Center in Utrecht. In deze rol ben jij de spil in het team, waar je samen met 60 collega’s klanten ondersteunt met hun dagelijkse vraagstukken en problemen. Je handelt klantverzoeken af, biedt ondersteuning en ontwikkelt kennisdocumenten.
We bieden een goed salaris tussen €2.850 en €3.500 per maand, reiskostenvergoeding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen diverse trainingen en cursussen. Onze werkplek is inspirerend, met een bedrijfsrestaurant en sportactiviteiten.
