Bol zoekt in Utrecht een klantgerichte medewerker die echte connecties maakt met klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt en helpt bij vragen via telefoon, chat en e-mail, zonder starre scripts.
Na een vierweekse betaalde training werk je deels vanuit huis. Je hebt HBO-niveau, uitstekende Nederlands en kunt minimaal twee avonddiensten per week werken; bij 24-32 uur ben je 4 dagen beschikbaar, bij 32-40 uur 5 dagen.
