Change zoekt Klantspecialist in Utrecht voor het nieuwe Hollandsnieuwe-project. Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten, helpt met vragen over mobiele abonnementen en werkt in een hecht team op Newton House met uitzicht over de stad.
Je ontwikkelt sterke communicatie en klantgericht advies, leert omgaan met verschillende situaties en groeit in professionele vaardigheden. Startdatum 17 augustus, 2 weken fulltime training, ma-vr 09:00-18:00, 24–40 uur.
