Centraal Indicatiestelling Zorg (CIZ) zoekt een medewerker telefonie voor het team Telefonische Advies- en Informatielijn in Utrecht. De functie is hybride met afwisseling tussen kantoor en thuiswerk en vraagt om sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.
Je werkt in een team van circa 30 medewerkers, behandelt vragen over aanvragen en zoekt indien nodig naar betere antwoorden. Er zijn aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelingsbudgetten opgenomen.
