ASA Talent in Nieuwegein is op zoek naar een klantenservicemedewerker die energie haalt uit het helpen van klanten. In deze rol werk je zowel vanuit kantoor als deels thuis en help je klanten via telefoon, chat en e-mail. Je biedt creatieve oplossingen en communiceert helder, terwijl je ook meedenkt over verbeteringen in de service. Minimaal MBO 4 denkniveau is vereist, evenals uitstekende Nederlandse communicatievaardigheden.
