N-able is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a distributor-led model across EMEA. You will manage 80–100 partner accounts, foster strong distributor and MSP relationships, and drive retention, adoption, and growth while shaping scalable customer success practices.
Work with Sales, Distribution, and internal teams to ensure partners achieve measurable outcomes. This hybrid role requires Italian fluency and strong English communication, with three days in Utrecht and two days remote.
