Hogeschool Utrecht zoekt een klantcontactspecialist die studenten via e-mail, Whats App, telefoon en balie helpt en snel antwoord geeft. Je signaleert trends, denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en werkt via een persoonlijk inwerkplan toe naar een volwaardig STIP-teamlid.
De functie biedt een jaarcontract (D4), 0,8–1 FTE, thuis- en reiskostenregelingen, laptop en smartphone in bruikleen en ruime ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via HU Ontwikkelportaal.
