Nieuwe Schoolfoto is op zoek naar een klantenservicemedewerker in Utrecht. Je behandelt vragen van ouders, beantwoordt tickets via e-mail en telefoon en levert hoge kwaliteit klantcontact. Jij bent blij, sociaal en oplossingsgericht, met een focus op een positieve klantervaring.
Het startsalaris ligt tussen €2.600 en €3.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring, met 32–40 uur per week en reiskostenvergoeding of Swapfiets van de zaak. Je ontwikkelt je verder in een enthousiaste teamomgeving.
