Bol zoekt een klantenservice medewerker die vragen over bestellingen, retouren, facturen en producten beantwoordt. Je werkt deels vanuit huis en minimaal twee dagen per week op ons kantoor in Utrecht, goed bereikbaar vanuit Den Bosch.
Je start met een korte team-check-in, logt in op de systemen en behandelt telefoontjes, chat en e-mails. Bij Bol draait klantenservice om meer dan vragen beantwoorden: je maakt een oprechte connectie, luistert goed en zorgt voor een positieve ervaring.
