Bol zoekt een klantenservice medewerker om via telefoon, chat en e-mail klanten te helpen met bestellingen, retouren en productvragen in een hybride team vanuit Utrecht, met deels thuiswerk.
Na een korte startcheck-in en training van vier weken fulltime ga je aan de slag voor 24–32 of 32–40 uur per week, met minimaal twee avonden. Woonachtig nabij Utrecht en beheersing van het Nederlands zijn vereist.
