Wgrow zoekt een Coördinator Support die 32 uur per week meedraait in een professionele landelijke organisatie regio Utrecht. Je bent geen leidinggevende, maar zorgt voor overzicht, helpt collega’s en stuurt op procesverbeteringen.
Je werkt nauw samen met diverse afdelingen, bewaakt kwaliteit en continue dienstverlening, en begeleidt nieuwe collega's. De rol vraagtproactieve, klantgerichte service en een hands-on instelling.
