Gemeente Utrecht zoekt een Medewerker Serviceplein F&H die vragen en meldingen van medewerkers via telefoon, e-mail of het Serviceportaal afhandelt. Je schakelt easy tussen uiteenlopende vragen en zorgt dat collega's snel weten waar ze aan toe zijn.
Je werkt in een team van drie collega's binnen F&H, thuisbasis Stadskantoor bij Utrecht CS, en ontvangt ondersteuning van ICT en HRM. Je werkt maandag t/m vrijdag op kantoor.
