Je werkt dagelijks met klanten, accountmanagers en operatie, identificeert verstoringen en levert tijdige terugkoppelingen. Een sterke klantgerichte communicatie in NL en EN is essentieel en je draait mee in KPI/ SLA-bewaking en rapportages.
