Munioo zoekt een BIM Coördinator Bouw in de regio Utrecht. Je bewaakt modelkwaliteit, organiseert clashcontroles en stelt BIM-uitvoeringsplannen op, zodat projectteams met dezelfde actuele informatie werken. Je werkt met Revit, Solibri, BIM 360, Navisworks en soortgelijke tools en brengt structuur aan in processen.
Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Bouwkunde en 2–5 jaar ervaring in BIM-processen. Hybride werken is mogelijk en je portfolio omvat woningbouw en utiliteitsprojecten.
