Stamhuis zoekt een Maatvoerder / BIM Modelleur om digitale vastleggingen van gebouwen en omgeving te verzorgen. Je meet locaties in met een 3D-scanner, bereidt scanplannen voor en verwerkt de meetgegevens op kantoor voor een betrouwbare basis van het 3D-model.
Je werkt zelfstandig of met een collega, modelleert BIM-modellen en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het casco model en inmeettekeningen. Tijdens uitvoering zet je maatvoering digitaal uit met een Robotic Total Station en stem je
