Gevraagd:
- 2e graads bevoegdheid voor het vak Techniek /ICT met een D&P bevoegdheid
- Hart voor “speciale” leerlingen
- Affiniteit met onze doelgroep
- Ervaring met jongeren met gestapelde problematiek
- Pedagogisch en didactisch vakmanschap
- Handelingsgericht werken
Geboden:
- Het werken in (kleine) teams
- Coaching en collegiale consultatie
- Uitdagende leeromgeving
