Ovmz zoekt een Schoolleider voor Ithaka ISK in Utrecht. In deze rol leid je 140 collega's en ontwikkel je onderwijs voor nieuwkomers. Je stelt duidelijke verwachtingen en stimuleert professionele autonomie binnen teams.
Je vertegenwoordigt de school en speelt een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van de organisatie. We zoeken iemand met ervaring in het voortgezet onderwijs en passie voor onderwijs met nieuwkomers.
Aanbod omvat inschaling conform CAO VO en mogelijkheid tot leiderschapsontwikkeling.
