Pro Rail in Utrecht zoekt een opleider voor treinverkeersleiding die kennis overbrengt op (nieuwe) collega’s en werkt aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. In deze rol coach je deelnemers, ben je verantwoordelijk voor hun leerproces en werk je aan de doelen op het gebied van Human Factors.
Je krijgt een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.121,- en € 5.671,- en aanvullende voordelen zoals een NS-Business Card en ontwikkelbudget. Pro Rail biedt een dynamische en prettige werkomgeving.
