Halt zoekt twee medewerkers voor de rol van Supervisor. Je ondersteunt collega’s bij reflectie op de uitvoering van interventies en hun ontwikkeling, in vaste supervisiegroepen met videofeedback en casuïstiekbespreking.
Je stimuleert leergedrag en bewaakt de doelstellingen van bijeenkomsten. Je helpt bij het structureren van leerprocessen, signaleert leervragen, creëert oefenkansen, en ondersteunt bij ethische dilemma’s.
