MPower is een school voor praktijkonderwijs en vmbo in Utrecht Overvecht. Als docent Zorg en Welzijn/Facilitair geef je les aan leerlingen in het praktijkonderwijs en verbind je vakken met de echte wereld via praktijkopdrachten en situaties die leerlingen herkennen.
Je maakt leerlingen vaardigheden eigen: plannen, reflecteren en doorzetten, met aandacht voor veiligheid en vertrouwen. Je werkt samen met collega’s aan projectmatig onderwijs en helpt leerlingen eigenaarschap ontwikkelen.
