Night Drilling Supervisor – Onshore Drilling Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor to support an onshore drilling campaign in the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all night shift drilling operations, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with the approved drilling programme, company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all night shift drilling and well operations on site

Ensure safe execution of drilling, casing, cementing and related well activities

Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with operational procedures

Coordinate with the Day Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Superintendent to ensure seamless operations

Ensure accurate reporting of operational activities, incidents and non-conformances

Promote strong HSE leadership and compliance across all site personnel

Support operational troubleshooting and decision-making during drilling operations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Night Drilling Supervisor on onshore drilling projects

Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control and HSE standards

Experience supervising drilling contractors and service companies

IWCF Well Control certification preferred

Eligible to work in the Netherlands / EU
