Are you an organised professional with experience in service coordination or field service planning? Do you want to join a leading manufacturer of large-scale pump systems used across industries from water treatment and hygiene to oil & gas and breweries? This company is expanding its service operations and is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Utrecht. You will be the link between the customer, field service engineers, and spare parts logistics, ensuring efficient planning and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate field service engineer visits and routes

Review service reports and schedule follow-up work where needed

Ensure spare parts are available in time for service visits

Provide first‑line technical advice to customers over the phone

Identify opportunities for additional services or spare parts sales

The Candidate

Background in service coordination, planning, or as a Field Service Engineer

Strong organisational and communication skills

Technical knowledge to advise on parts and basic troubleshooting

Fluent in Dutch and English

Based in or commutable to Utrecht
