Overview
We’re hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support a Microsoft-focused hybrid environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for core infrastructure across servers, virtualisation, and Azure cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016–2022)
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access control
Maintain and optimise VMware infrastructure (ESXi / vSphere)
Support and manage Azure (VMs, networking, storage, basic IAM)
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain uptime
Carry out patching, upgrades, and backup management
Support infrastructure projects such as migrations and upgrades
Required Experience
Strong experience with Windows Server administration
Solid hands-on Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
Proven experience with VMware in a production environment
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Nice to Have
Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam
