Role Overview :
As a SICK PLC Programmer with expertise in barcode sensors and scanners , you will play a vital role in the development, programming, and maintenance of automated systems for our client's projects. You will be responsible for integrating SICK barcode sensors and scanners into PLC-controlled systems, ensuring seamless automation and improved performance for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and program SICK PLC systems , integrating barcode sensors and scanner technologies for efficient data collection and processing.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing PLC programs for peak performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated automation solutions using SICK barcode scanners and sensors.
Conduct in-depth diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site.
Configure and deploy SICK barcode sensor systems and scanners to enhance automated workflows.
Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and training to clients to maximize the effectiveness of their automation and scanning systems.
Create clear, detailed documentation for system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
