Your Mission    We’re looking for a creative and practical Product Design Engineer  who loves turning ideas into real, high-quality products. You’ll be part of a small, multidisciplinary development team and take real ownership — from first sketches and prototypes to testing, supplier collaboration, and mass production.

What You’ll Do     Design and engineer new child bike, outdoor, and snow fun products from concept to production
Work hands-on with CAD (Solid Works), prototypes, testing, and validation
Take ownership of New Product Development projects within timelines, budgets, and specs
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, suppliers, and test labs
Build and test prototypes — and improve them based on real user feedback
Support supplier selection, technical evaluations, and production transfer
Drive quality, safety, and compliance from early development through mass production
Improve existing products by optimizing design, cost, and performance
Stay up to date on materials, production techniques, and industry regulations
What You Bring     Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering or a related field
At least two years of experience in product development

Experience with plastic injection molded parts and metal components
Strong 3D CAD skills (Solid Works preferred) and technical drawing expertise

Experience with Adobe 2D design tools
Experience in child products, bicycle, sports, or outdoor industries is a big plus
A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset — you like to build, test, and improve
Clear communication skills and a team‑first attitude
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
