Grid and Meet Specialist

Bluepeak is active in independent energy asset management for commercial real estate. We turn energy from a cost line into a value driver, helping large real estate owners and logistics players navigate the complex landscape of grid operators, measurement companies, and regulations.

As a grid and metering specialist, you will guide Bluepeak's projects and advise to align with the procedures, regulations, and opportunities provided by grid operators and measurement companies. You will maintain contact with these parties, monitor the progress of applications and agreements, and translate the rules of the energy transition into practical solutions for clients and colleagues.

• Maintain and strengthen contacts with grid operators (including Liander, TenneT, Stedin, Enexis) and measurement companies for Bluepeak's projects
• Assist with connection, capacity, and congestion requests with grid operators, from submission to resolution
• Stay informed about current regulations and mechanisms such as SDE++, GVO/Verti Cer, congestion reducers, GOPACS, and the ACM prioritization frameworks for network congestion
• Advise project teams and clients on measurement technical requirements (EAN, PGMD, SAP, ATO) and their implications for planning and feasibility
• Identify opportunities offered by grid operators and measurement companies for smart solutions, such as battery storage, generators, and market mechanisms (aFRR/mFRR, BRP/BSP/CSP)
• Represent Bluepeak in meetings with grid operators and measurement companies, and establish clear agreements on deadlines and conditions on behalf of Bluepeak
• Translate technical and procedural developments at grid operators into practical input for project teams, clients, and management
• Identify changes in laws and regulations regarding network congestion and energy transition, and their impact on ongoing and future projects
