Partner, Private Equity & Financial Services, Netherlands Drive Growth with Leading Investors, Portfolio Companies and Financial Institutions ERM is seeking a commercially driven Partner to accelerate growth across the Private Equity and Financial Services sector in the Netherlands. This is a high-profile opportunity for an established consulting leader with a proven track record of winning and growing business within the investment community.

We are looking for a seller-doer who brings deep market credibility, established client relationships and the ability to generate significant revenue through trusted advisor relationships. The successful candidate will play a leading role in expanding ERM's presence with Private Equity firms, infrastructure investors, portfolio companies, lenders and financial institutions. They will leverage their network and market reputation to originate opportunities, develop strategic client relationships and position ERM as a trusted partner throughout the investment lifecycle.

Our ambition is to significantly expand our market share across ESG and EHS due diligence, sustainability strategy, climate and decarbonisation, portfolio company value creation, operational improvement and exit readiness. In addition, we see significant opportunity to support investors and portfolio companies on broader business transformation, operational excellence, risk management, asset optimisation, sustainable infrastructure development and strategic growth initiatives that deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

Private Equity firms and financial investors are increasingly focused on creating value through sustainability, operational excellence, risk management and business transformation. Investment teams require trusted advisors who can provide support before, during and after a transaction, helping them identify risks, unlock opportunities and accelerate value creation across their portfolios. This is fundamentally a growth role. Success will be measured by the ability to generate business, build a sustainable pipeline and grow strategic client relationships across the Dutch market.

Grow ERM's Private Equity and Financial Services business in the Netherlands. Build trusted relationships with Private Equity firms, infrastructure funds, investment managers, lenders and portfolio companies. Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across transaction support, ESG integration, sustainability strategy and portfolio value creation. Expand opportunities across operational excellence, sustainable operations, capital project development, infrastructure investment, business transformation and risk management programmes.

Position ERM as a strategic advisor to investors and management teams. Build relationships not only with deal teams and investment professionals, but also with operating partners, portfolio company executives, boards and lenders. Win new client relationships and expand opportunities across ERM's broader service offerings. Collaborate with ERM's global network of experts to deliver multidisciplinary solutions. Sponsor strategic client engagements and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
