Wat ga je doen?
Je werkt als senior expert binnen het Policy & Expertise team: het kenniscentrum voor alle Anti Financial Crime (AFC)-vraagstukken bij ASN Bank. Vanuit jouw diepgaande kennis vertaal jij complexe wet- en regelgeving naar helder, uitvoerbaar beleid en ben je een vertrouwd adviseur voor de hele organisatie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het eerstelijns AFC-beleid en vertaalt nieuwe wet- en regelgeving naar beleid, expertise en processen
Je adviseert de directie en afdelingen over AFC-risico’s en vertegenwoordigt ASN Bank bij toezichthouders en interbancaire overleggen
Je identificeert beleidsbehoeften en communiceert deze helder naar interne en externe stakeholders
Je draagt bij aan risicobewustzijn in de organisatie via advies, trainingen en presentaties
Je coacht en traint collega’s en versterkt actie
