About the role
Help turn strategic portfolio challenges into business opportunities. You will identify and develop digital-assets-led propositions for corporate and institutional banking, exploring how they can strengthen the client value proposition and support the Wholesale & Rural portfolio.
You will work with clients, product teams and specialist functions, bringing together different perspectives. You will translate client needs and developments in digital assets into validated propositions and business cases.
What you’ll do
Originate and validate digital assets propositions in a wholesale banking context.
Translate client needs and external developments into scalable solutions and business models.
Develop and implement propositions that support the digital assets vision for Wholesale & Rural.
Build business cases and work with clients, business partners and product teams to validate propositions and support go-to-market.
Turn complex business needs into clear requirements, processes, options and decision points.
Build networks and collaborations among stakeholders with potentially contrasting needs.
What you bring
Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, strategy, innovation or business development.
Demonstrable experience in portfolio optimisation within a large wholesale banking organisation of more than 2,000 FTE, for example in risk density, income/assets or reducing Risk Weighted Assets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build fact-based business cases.
A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong stakeholder management skills in a complex environment.
Experience with digital assets, structured finance or transaction banking is a strong plus.
Residence in the Netherlands and availability for the full assignment.
