PIA Project Interim Advies zoekt een kwaliteitsmedewerker jeugd voor 32–36 uur per week bij gemeente IJsselstein. Je werkt in het Sociaal Domein en zorgt voor verbinding tussen beleid en uitvoering, met focus op doelmatigheid en rechtmatigheid.
Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt voorstellen aan voor verbetering in beleid en contract, borgt kwaliteit via steekproeven en casuïstiekoverleggen, en werkt samen met een kleine team. Ervaring in gemeentelijke organisaties en jeugdzorg is gewenst.
