KBenP zoekt in Noord-Holland (Haarlem) een ambtelijk secretaris die de drie externe commissies kan ondersteunen. Het betreft een zwangerschapsvervanging van 15 weken voor een solofunctie binnen de afdeling Bestuursondersteuning.
Je behandelt verzoeken onder de Woo en bezwaarschriften onder de Wp , en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's, burgers en commissies. Je zorgt voor adviezen op papier en plant zittingen met inhoudelijke voorbereiding.
