Gemeente Utrecht zoekt een senior Casemanager — vergunningverlener voor de Gebouwde Omgeving. Je behandelt omgevingsvergunningaanvragen, verricht toetsingen met focus op ruimtelijke ordening en bewaakt het besluitvormingsproces.
Je werkt aan doorontwikkeling van werkprocessen en verbindt interne en externe partners. Vereiste ABW1 en relevante HBO-opleiding gelden, ervaring met G4 gewenst en een sterke NT2/Nederlands-vaardigheid.
