Een zorgorganisatie in Utrecht is op zoek naar een persoonlijk begeleider die zich richt op het ondersteunen van mensen met een complexe achtergrond. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van gesprekken, het onderhouden van contacten met zorgprofessionals en het werken in een divers team. Je hebt een HBO-opleiding in social work en een passie voor het werken met kwetsbare groepen.
Dit biedt een salaris van € 3.498,- tot € 5.216,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring, met mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
