- Tijd voor intervisie, supervisie en bijscholing als regulier onderdeel van uw werk.
- Korte lijnen. Eén bestuurder, geen managementlagen — bedrijfsvoering en HR ondersteunen vanuit de holding.
- Marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de van toepassing zijnde cao.
- Ruimte voor specialisaties (bv. EMDR, schema, ISTDP) en doorgroei.
- Relevante BIG-registratie — of in afronding.
- Vakinhoudelijk gedreven, met oog voor de cliënt en het team.
- Affiniteit met evidence-based werken in een kleinschalig en zelfstandig team.
