Praktijk Rood in Utrecht zoekt een BIG-geregistreerde zorgprofessional voor 32–36 uur per week. U krijgt marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao, en ruimte voor specialisaties (bv. EMDR, schema, ISTDP) en doorgroei.
Er is één bestuurder, geen managementlagen; HR ondersteunt vanuit de holding. Er is tijd voor intervisie, supervisie en bijscholing, en caseload op maat – geen productienorm.
