UMC Utrecht zoekt een ervaren verpleegkundig specialist diabetes die poliklinische patiënten begeleidt en behandelt. Je draagt bij aan onderwijs, protocollen en zorgpadontwikkeling terwijl je diabetes technologieën toepast en patiënten effectief ondersteunt.
Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring werk je in een multidisciplinair team binnen de Interne Geneeskunde en andere gespecialiseerde poli’s, met kansen voor verdere ontwikkeling en opleidingsprogramma’s.
