Careyn in Utrecht is op zoek naar een Eerst Verantwoordelijke Verzorgende (EVV) die zorg en coördinatie rondom bewoners naadloos op elkaar laat aansluiten. Je combineert hands-on zorg met het aansturen van het zorgteam en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en continuïteit in de dagelijkse zorg.
Je hebt een Verzorgende IG-diploma met EVV-/GVP-opleiding (of bereid deze te halen), hebt ervaring in de ouderenzorg en bent communicatief sterk.
