Op Weg Jeugdhulp zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor kinderen van 3 tot 8 jaar in Utrecht. De functie is 28–32,5 uur per week en valt doorgaans tussen 08:30 en 15:30 uur, met een middag voor overleg.
Je begeleidt kinderen in kleine groepen en individueel, stelt zorgplannen op en werkt nauw samen met behandelaren en logopedisten. Een VOG is vereist; coaching en ruimte om te leren zijn aanwezig.
