UMC Utrecht zoekt een zorggerichte assistent ter ondersteuning van het Harttransplantatie/MCS-team. U werkt aan de coördinatie van patientenbezoeken, maakt afspraken voor poliklinieken en jaarcontroles en beheert digitale dossiers in HiX.
U beschikt over minstens een HAVO/MBO-diploma, hebt ervaring in een ziekenhuis of medische kennis, en toont patiëntgerichtheid, organisatorisch talent en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Flexibiliteit en collegialiteit zijn essentieel.
