• Support the HR team with day‑to‑day HR operations and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Help prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and personnel administration.
• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Answer HR‑related questions from colleagues and managers with guidance from the HR team.
• Contribute to internal HR projects, such as employer branding, onboarding, learning & development or process improvements.
• Help maintain internal and external HR communications.
• Bring ideas to the table and take ownership of your tasks and projects.

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• You are eager to learn and excited about building practical HR experience.
• You work accurately, take initiative and enjoy organizing your own work.
• You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• You enjoy working with people and are service‑oriented.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook and Excel).
• You are available for a full‑time internship (32-40 hours per week) for 6-9 months.

• Internship allowance: €350,- per month.
