Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a true hiring partner for our operations and commercial teams. Culture is critical for our success and you will help shape it. Do you enjoy building strong partnerships by advising and guiding hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets? If so, this is a role for you!

In this role, you’ll manage the full hiring cycle for your own designated departments, where you have a lot of ownership to evolve their hiring engine. You will hire across our main office in Utrecht as well as our offices in the US, Denmark & Berlin. That means you will navigate between different business needs, hiring cultures and candidate expectations, while providing a great experience for everyone involved.

Our People Team consists of 3 sub-departments;
Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and HR. Over the years we built a strong foundation, so you will not start from scratch. This role is for someone who can easily step into existing processes but also proactively challenges what can be improved.

• Own the full hiring journey for Operations, Support, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, not just coordinating.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth, connected candidate experience.
• Follow established hiring processes, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve them.
• Manage your workload with transparency, by setting realistic timelines, communicate clearly on priorities and push back when you need to protect quality.
• Track and analyse your recruitment metrics to spot patterns and improvements, and contribute to the team's reporting efforts.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements on how we hire, in our candidate experience, process efficiency and use of AI & automation.
• Work on employer branding strategy and initiatives.

You work well in a team, and bring energy and enthusiasm to your work. You share what you learn, ask for feedback and show curiosity about the industry and how tools and AI can raise the bar.

You know that hiring is not just about matching a CV, but also about having a strong understanding of the business, team dynamics and finding the best fit.

• 3-5 years recruiting experience (preferably in-house), ideally in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record in hiring across commercial and operations functions.
• Experience in hiring across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong stakeholder advisory skills; you can challenge hiring managers while keeping a good relationship.
• Confident in using ATS tools (we use Recruitee), and Linked In.
• Proactive in problem-solving; you see blockers early and propose solutions rather than waiting for others to tell you.
• Able to prioritise when everything feels urgent.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Based in the Netherlands, and available at least 4 days / 32 hours per week.
• You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
• You are able to work at least 2 days a week from our Utrecht office.
