Consultant, Technology and Innovation, GISI Ignite (Arabic Speaking)

GISI Ignite is seeking a Consultant, Technology and Innovation, fluent in Arabic to support the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled solutions and innovation initiatives across GISI’s family of companies and client portfolio. This entry- to mid-level consulting role focuses on structured problem-solving, technology research, project coordination, and hands-on support to digital transformation engagements. This role offers broad exposure to internal and external clients, with work assigned in an agile manner based on skills, interest areas, and organizational needs.

Consultants contribute to project execution, analysis, and solution development while collaborating with cross-functional experts across engineering, analytics, operations, and technology. Consultants operate confidently across multiple projects and internal coordination, supporting staff to shape the client experience and advance GISI’s innovation capability across regions and operating companies.

Location

The role is a full-time position with benefits, hybrid based out of GISI’s Netherlands office, with potential client travel. Applicants must be authorized to legally work for any employer in the Netherlands. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of visas at this time.

Reporting Lines

• The role reports to a Director, GISI Ignite

• Client Engagement & Advisory
• Support relationships with internal and external client stakeholders
• Assist in interviews, workshops, and field assessments to identify operational challenges and transformation opportunities
• Help engagement teams synthesize patterns, themes, and insights across GISI sectors
• Contribute to development of innovation concepts, digital transformation roadmaps, and solution requirements
• Conduct market scans and evaluate emerging technologies
• Support requirement-gathering activities by translating operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Assist in shaping solutions that consider people, process, technology, and governance
• Support creation of prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concept tools

• Program Management & Execution
• Coordinate daily project tasks and work streams across teams and vendor partners
• Track timelines, milestones, action items, and risks
• Provide support for change management activities
• Ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables and communications
• Work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams
• Contribute to shared methodologies, tools, and frameworks that build Ignite’s capabilities
• Collaborate effectively across operating companies and technical domains

• Analysis, Insights & Reporting
• Support preparation of client-ready materials such as assessments, business cases, process maps, and solution documentation
• Help analyze KPIs, client feedback, and project outcomes
• Contribute insights on market trends and technology developments
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology, business analysis, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, innovation methodologies, AI, automation, or data platforms
• Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with stakeholders from diverse technical backgrounds

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills
• Comfort working across industries and learning new domains quickly
• Ability to move between structured analysis and hands-on implementation
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to build new skills and experiment with new technologies

• Experience or coursework in design thinking, Agile, or change management
• Business process mapping and scenario planning
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Power Apps, Miro, Cursor/Windsurf, etc.)
• Data analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
