As our Content Marketer
, you'll shape Brainboss’s digital presence through insight-led content that drives engagement, builds authority, and supports business growth.
This is a hands-on strategic role, one where your content moves decision-makers, strengthens client relationships, and positions Brainboss as a thought leader in organisational transformation.
You’ll work directly with our Execution and Leadership teams, turning ideas and expertise into impactful content. From digital campaigns to case studies, every deliverable supports our mission and strengthens our market position.
This position starts part-time, with the intention of transitioning to full-time quickly for the right candidate.
Applicants must live within commuting distance of our Utrecht office; on-site collaboration is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Ownership – Design and lead a high-impact content strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning.
- Storytelling & Production – Create, edit, and oversee digital content, from thought leadership articles and whitepapers to social posts and video scripts, that reflects our “Energy. Skill. Speed.” philosophy.
- Editorial & Campaign Management – Own the content calendar and lead content execution across channels, including Linked In, newsletters, and our website.
- Internal Collaboration – Work closely with Lead Consultants to translate project successes and internal expertise into client-facing content.
- Performance & Insights – Track engagement, conversion metrics, and traffic, and use these insights to refine messaging and maximise results.
- Brand Voice & Consistency – Ensure that content across platforms aligns with Brainboss’s tone, visual identity, and strategic priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or editorial strategy (B2B or consultancy experience is a strong plus).
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English (C1+), with strong writing and editing skills in both.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Track record of content that drives business outcomes
, not just reach or visibility. - Are confident using Hub Spot, Word Press, SEO tools
, and other content platforms. - Understand how to drive social media engagement, especially on Linked In
. - Work proactively and think critically, contributing ideas, not waiting for briefs.
- Live near Utrecht and are eager to collaborate in person as part of a high-performing team.
