Een fintech organisatie in Utrecht zoekt een Technical Support medewerker die klanten helpt met technische vragen en problemen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor klantgerichte ondersteuning en het documenteren van oplossingen in ons systeem. Tevens moet je in staat zijn om klantvragen in het Nederlands en Engels te beantwoorden. Het aanbod omvat een salaris tussen de €2.500 en €3.500 per maand met aantrekkelijke extra's zoals een bonusregeling, pensioen, en mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken.
