Security specialist

As a Security Change Specialist, you will:

• Drive and manage information security projects across multiple business and IT domains
• Lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams in security transformation initiatives
• Identify emerging security threats and translate them into actionable security improvements
• Collaborate closely with security management, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure implementation of security controls aligned with organizational risk posture
• Translate complex technical security concepts into clear business-level insights
• Support and influence strategic decision‑making related to information security
• Oversee execution of security change initiatives within large-scale programs
• Contribute to improving overall security maturity and resilience
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units for security alignment

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles
• 5+ years of experience in IT security functions
• Strong understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
• Experience working in complex, enterprise‑level environments
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM tools and developing SIEM use cases
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST maturity model
• Exposure to cloud security concepts and implementations
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in international environments
• Strong integrity and experience handling sensitive or classified information
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IT Audit
