Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in service management en kennis van ITIL en SRE. Je coördineert oplossingen voor technische problemen en rapporteert over prestaties. De functie vereist sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, met hands-on ervaring in cloud hosting platforms zoals AWS en Azure.
