Product Manager Group & Subsidiaries

In this position you play an essential role as Product Owner within the CFO Data Foundation Tribe in Rabobank, contributing to the strategic finance and risk data and regulatory compliance agenda of the bank.

• Lead two squads (DQMS and DQRS) of approx. 9 FTE each, collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, IT lead, OPS/DEV engineers and business analysts.
• Set and execute the product vision and strategy for the area in partnership with the Area Lead, ensuring alignment with the Tribe’s vision.
• Translate the vision into an operational plan with a 1‑to‑1.5‑year horizon, owning and maintaining the squad backlog and determining priority across product‑management, technology, architecture, and data chapters.
• Develop and maintain data‑quality rules and data selections to ensure transparency and compliance with data‑quality requirements.
• Provide insight into data‑quality outcomes by driving the visualization of results for data stewards and stakeholders, and constantly improve dashboards such as the GDQD (Global Data‑Quality Dashboard).
• Lead and coordinate the cloud migration for both squads, ensuring continuity, quality, and alignment throughout the transition.
• Keep systems safe and secure by implementing all IT‑in‑control items.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters to adopt the Simplify@Scale way of working in the squads.
• Communicate consistently with diverse, bank‑wide stakeholders across both squads to manage expectations and dependencies.

• HBO/WO level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience leading multiple technical platform teams (from NL and outsource).
• Solid knowledge of data warehouses and/or data lakes, release‑management, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, monitoring, and operational run activities.
• Knowledge of finance and risk domains, preferably with data‑management experience.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and ability to act in politically sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of regulations and their impact on processes and systems.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with Simplify@Scale or another scaled‑agile framework.
• Track record of strategic thinking, implementation, and execution.
• Must be located in the Netherlands; relocation is not possible for this role.
