In deze rol leid je de regie, facilitate je effectieve communicatie en zorg je ervoor dat lessen uit incidenten worden vertaald naar structurele verbeteringen. Je hebt ervaring in een complexe IT-omgeving en bent bekend met ITIL-processen. Dit is een fulltime functie met volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
